  • How do I create an account with you?
    To place an order we do require customers have a JVK account. If you are new and looking to set up an account email info@jvk.net and our team will be there to explain the process.
  • How do I know my order has been processed?
    All online orders will be reviewed by the appropriate sales expert. Once the order is reviewed you will receive an email with your order acknowledgement attached.
  • What if I have questions about products?

  • How do I know if a product is in stock?
    When you are looking at a product you will see the stock that is available. All orders are reviewed by the proper sales expert, if there are any issues with your order you will be contact via phone or email. If there is a product you are looking for that isn't listed , email info@jvk.net and we'll take a look into it for you.
  • Do you offer shipping?
    Yes, JVK has a fleet of trucks that provides delivery across North America. We also have a variety of partner carriers we work with.
  • How much is shipping
    Shipping rates will vary depending on location. Inquire about how your product will ship and what your shipping rates will be with your sales expert.
